How to rent a home from us
Looking for a rental home
Take a look at our properties and rental homes that are available now or soon on our website. Submit your housing application when you have found a home, building or area that you are interested in.
Fill in the housing application form. You can either submit an application for a specific home that you are interested in or a general application for homes within one municipality that meet your search criteria. Your application will remain valid for three (3) months, after which you can renew your application.
Processing of applications for rental homes
Your housing application will be entered into our customer register. We process applications on a daily basis and will contact you as soon as possible if we are able to offer you a home. We will check the credit data history of all applicants from the database of Suomen Asiakastieto Oy.
When offering you a home we will also let you know how you can view the home. Before you accept the offer it is a good idea to go and see the home offered.
Documents required for the housing application
If the home you are hoping to rent is one of those for which residents are selected on the basis of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) criteria, we will ask you for documents concerning your income and assets, loans, studies, etc. Our rental advisers will be happy to help you with the documents.
Once you have accepted the home offered to you, our rental adviser will discuss the lease terms and conditions with you and help you with the entry into the lease agreement. As a general rule our lease agreements are signed at the local building manager´s office.
