Kunta-asunnot Oy

Kunta-asunnot Oy is a limited liability company owned by 39 municipalities and 24 municipalities have transferred their rental apartments to us. Our aim is to grow continuously by acquiring new dwellings from Municipalities.

Kunta-asunnot owns about 9,500 rental apartments in 30 municipalities in different parts of Finland. In 2010 Net Sales was eur 60 M, the balance sheet was eur 397 M with 62 employees.

Kunta-asunnot offers the residents safe rental housing of good quality for a reasonable price. Since its inception in 2001 we haw continuously provided scale-economies to our tenants. The consistent operating mode adopted in different municipalities provides residents with additional value.
